Do you clean the inside of cabinets on a move-out?
Only when the scope lists them. Empty cabinets are a common move-out line, and they are still an explicit line, not an assumption.

Move-in and move-out
Move-in and move-out cleaning is a one-time visit for a home that is empty or nearly empty. The work is the shell of the place: floors, kitchens, bathrooms, inside cabinets if you ask, and appliance interiors only when they are on the list. It is not the repeating tidy you book after furniture is back.

A maintenance visit works around furniture and the life still happening in the rooms. A move clean works because that life has been packed. Floors can be reached to the edges. Cabinet fronts and, when agreed, cabinet interiors can be wiped without a stack of dishes. Bathrooms can be cleaned without a counter of daily bottles, if those bottles have actually left.
The inside of an oven, a refrigerator, or a dishwasher is a classic move-out line, and it is still optional. Some landlords ask for it. Some do not. Some refrigerators have already been cleaned by the person moving. The scope should say which appliances, not 'the kitchen' in the abstract. The move-out guide is a preparation list for the household, separate from this service description.
The rooms are similar and the timing is not. A move-out is the home you are leaving, often on a deadline set by a lease or a sale. A move-in is the home you are receiving, and the goal is to clean before boxes land, not after. Paint touch-ups, carpet replacement, and repairs are not cleaning. If a floor has been replaced, say whether the visit is the construction dust or the ordinary empty-home clean. This page does not describe a specialist trade certification for construction dust.
If people are already sleeping in the house, you do not have a move-in clean. You have a house cleaning of an occupied home, and the checklist should admit the furniture.
Trash, clothes, and hanging items in closets need to be gone if those surfaces are in the scope. A cleaner cannot invent a donation run. Water should be on for bathrooms and kitchens. Power should be on if lights are needed to see the work. If a refrigerator must be cleaned, it should be empty and defrosted enough to wipe. Those are preparations, not a guarantee about a deposit or a walkthrough with a landlord. This site does not promise that a third party will accept the result.
Access is the other half. A lockbox code, a realtor meeting, or a former resident who still has the key are all different. Name which one is real. Do not send a crew toward a door that nobody can open, and do not treat a public building as the meeting point. Central Park at 11200 Base Line Road is a city facility people use as a landmark. It is not a handoff spot for keys, and it is not this company's address.
An empty house still sits in the same landscape. Dust from the foothill side of Rancho Cucamonga settles on sills whether or not anyone cooked that week. The city visit page describes that mountain edge plainly. A move clean that ignores sills and tracks will look incomplete in photos a landlord takes in the afternoon light. That is a practical note about dust, not a forecast.
People also move within the city, from a house near the Pacific Electric Trail to a place closer to Victoria Gardens. The scope does not change because the landmark changed. The scope changes if the new place is occupied, carpeted, or still full of the last resident's belongings. The service area page is where the city limit is drawn. Both ends of a local move are in scope only when both addresses are inside Rancho Cucamonga.
After the boxes are in and the kitchen is in use, a move clean is over. If you want the home kept up, switch to recurring house cleaning and build a shorter list. Keeping the move-out checklist forever means paying attention to empty cabinets you have filled again.
This page still has no form and no price. The useful act is to write empty-or-not, the appliance list, and whether anyone will meet at the door. The picker on the home page will point you here when you choose a move, even if you also tap a weekly frequency. Weekly is the wrong tool until someone lives there.
Only when the scope lists them. Empty cabinets are a common move-out line, and they are still an explicit line, not an assumption.
Then it is not an empty-home move clean. Occupied rooms belong on the house cleaning page, with a list that admits what is still in the way.
This site cannot promise another person's inspection. The clean covers the rooms and appliances you listed. Acceptance is up to the person holding the walkthrough.

No. Empty condition, appliances, and cabinets change the work. No bedroom-count rate is printed here.
